| Description | Engineering is the heart of the ship. It is where all the systems are managed from, as well as the location of the warp core. It is a very large room, with the main work area on Deck 15. This is where the controls for the warp core and the master systems console are located. Beyond that is a huge triangular chamber spanning three decks containing ten towering plasma manifolds, which channel the power of the warp core up to the nacelles and into the ship's power grid. While there are maintenance ladders and catwalks in that half of the room, access is not advised while the engines are running without a full radiation suit. |
