Crew Distribution

This is a rough breakdown of how many personnel are in each department. The actual number varies as crew members arrive or depart. In some cases officer billets may be filled with warrant officers, particularly in the sciences, or they may fit under enlisted. Additional mission-specific personnel may be added to the supervision of a particular department, or act under the direction of the executive officer depending on the role they will be filling. Civilians living aboard the ship may also have jobs working for specific departments, most often science, medical, or crew support services.
